We need someone like you to handle a mix of 150-175 homes, townhouses, and condos right here in Baltimore, Maryland. Your main gig? **What's On Your Plate**
- Oversee 150-175 properties.
- Keep everyone - from owners to technicians - talking and on track.
- Use AppFolio to keep tabs on tenant requests, send out tech folks, and more.
- Handle issues, make sure work orders are done right.
- Line up maintenance jobs and make sure they're done on time.
- Check and okay bills for maintenance jobs.
- Keep tabs on budgets and make sure rents come in.
- Team up with others to solve problems and keep the peace.
- Get empty spots ready for new tenants - from a fresh coat of paint to the paperwork.
- Make sure everything's up to code.
- Deal with the nitty-gritty paperwork and details.
- Handle security deposits when tenants move out.
- Be in on lease renewals.

**What You Need to Bring**
- A high school diploma.
- Top-tier people skills.
- Good English - written and spoken.
- Know your way around Outlook and Excel.
- Can handle spreadsheets and make smart choices.
- Be a problem solver, think on your feet, and work solo.
- Stay cool and professional, even when things heat up.
- Juggle tasks and manage your time like a pro.
- Know a bit about basic home fixes.
- You've been in the property management game before.
- Know AppFolio? Big plus

Pay: $167.00 per hour
