**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Serve as the dedicated account manager for a portfolio of small business clients
- Lead structured monthly video calls, guiding clients through their personalized marketing programs
- Implement key digital marketing strategies and tools to support client growth
- Educate clients on best practices in digital marketing and industry-specific opportunities
- Help clients make the most of the UENI platform and services
- Work closely with internal teams (content, product, support) to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist with onboarding new users to our tools and services
- Troubleshoot client questions related to social media and general marketing
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve our small business marketing curriculum

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2-3 years in digital marketing, media, or consulting
- A track record of working successfully with small business clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable leading conversations via video calls
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine interest in helping small businesses succeed

Pay: $40,000.00 per month
