- Llevar a cabo estrategias comerciales con OTAS y departamentos de MKT
- Seguimiento a solicitudes de intercambios y social media
- Cierre de contratos con agencias de viaje y travel advisors
Gestión de recursos humanos
- Envíos de incidencias de nómina semanal
- Horarios familia
- Repartición de propinas quincenal
Llevar a cabo la comunicación interna y ritmo de juntas
Asegurar la correcta ejecución del servicio y experiência NIMA
- Auditoría por departamentos y PIN/ delivering service
- Verificar las carpetas de procedimientos, concierge y políticas
- Supervisión y corrección de procedimientos en escenario
- Realizar reportes de satisfacción del cliente
Cuidar el cumplimiento del plan anual
Mantenerse informado y capacitado de las tendencias del sector hotelero y proponer nuevas ideas
Mantener una buena relación y negociación con proveedores externos
Planificar, dirigir y coordinar el departamento de transportación
Planificar, dirigir y coordinar el departamento de contabilidad
Planificación y ejecución de eventos
Actualización de precios e información de servicios extras en menus y sistema
Cumplir con los calendarios
Asegurar el correcto acomodo de back of house
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares y protocolos aplicables a NIMA

Salario: $20,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
