**Descripción del puesto**:
Como Manager On Duty, será responsable de garantizar una estadía placentera y cómoda para los clientes de nuestro hotel y resort. Lo logrará registrando y asignando habitaciones, emitiendo llaves o tarjetas de habitación, transmitiendo y recibiendo mensajes, manteniendo registros precisos de las habitaciones ocupadas y las cuentas de los huéspedes, y haciendo y confirmando reservas. También será responsable de presentar declaraciones a los invitados que se van.

**Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto**:

- Recibir a los huéspedes a su llegada y brindarles una cálida bienvenida.
- Registrar y asignar habitaciones a los huéspedes, asegurándose de que se cumplan sus preferencias y solicitudes especiales.
- Emitir las llaves de las habitaciones o y proporcionar a los huéspedes información relevante sobre las instalaciones.
- Transmitir y recibir mensajes para los huéspedes mediante varios canales de comunicación.
- Mantener registros precisos de las habitaciones ocupadas y las cuentas de los huéspedes.
- Realizar y confirmar reservas para los huéspedes, tanto por teléfono como en persona.
- Presentar estados de cuenta a los huéspedes que se van y procese sus pagos de manera eficiente y oportuna.
- Manejar las consultas, quejas o solicitudes de los huéspedes con prontitud y profesionalidad, asegurando su satisfacción.
- Establecer contacto con otros departamentos para garantizar experiências fluidas para los huéspedes, como la coordinación con el servicio de limpieza para la preparación de la habitación.
- Completar tareas o responsabilidades adicionales según se le asigne.

**Experiência laboral**:

- Requiere conocimientos y habilidades adquiridos a través de capacitación formal o experiência laboral considerable
- Trabaja dentro de los procedimientos establecidos con un grado moderado de supervisión
- Tiene de 2 a 3 años de experiência laboral
