We are currently seeking a**Data Engineer Trainee**to join our team in Monterrey, ideally in a hybrid work model (12 days in-office).

This role is designed to provide hands-on learning by collaborating closely with the consulting team, gaining technical knowledge, and progressively participating in client projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in training and certification programs on technical tools.
- Collaborate with senior consultants on the implementation of BI solutions.
- Assist with data preparation tasks and initial platform configurations under the guidance of experienced consultants.
- Gain knowledge of techniques for integrating data from multiple sources.
- Support the design and maintenance of databases and data warehouses, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Work with the consulting team to understand business requirements and learn how to translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide basic support to end users.

**Requirements**:
**Education**
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.

**Experience & Knowledge**
- Previous experience in software implementation or similar technical consulting roles.
- Knowledge and experience in**SQL**and**Power BI**(**Tableau is a plus**).
- Familiarity with**SCRUM methodology**.
- Advanced**English proficiency**(required).
