**Business Intelligence Analyst**
UnDosTres is the leader in the mobile payments space in Mexico. Our app, the first in the country, allows users anywhere to conduct their business on the phone with a single click, such as paying bills, buying movie tickets, and topping up prepaid phones. The app is fully integrated to allow card (debit/credit), PayPal, SPEI or cash payments.
We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our BI team. The focus of this position will be to analyze and solve business problems for UnDosTres.
Daily work includes the preparation of reports, data analysis (kpis, user base and user behavior), presentation of results (directly to founders and heads), coordination with IT and Marketing teams for the creation, preparation, implementation and logistics of new strategies, promotions, campaigns, etc.
**Roles And Responsibilities**:
- Understand data and use it to solve business problems.
- Elaborate, automate and optimize reports.
- Generate insights that add value to the business.
- Generate and analyze KPIs for both internal and external reporting.
- Collaborate closely with other areas to assist the company in making data-driven decisions.
- Create and follow processes to deliver quick and accurate results.
- Create and manage user segmentation, establish next objectives.
**Special Knowledge Needed For The Position**
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
- 1+ years of programming experience related to data analysis.
- Fluency in Python and libraries such as pandas, Numpy, Scipy, & Scikit-learn
- High proficiency with SQL and relational databases
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of R, Tableau, Power BI, Git or APIs is a plus.
- Ability for self-learning and entering new domains.
- Analytic and creative profile mandatory.
- Passion for solving problems, as well as reevaluating or reformulating them.
- Communication skills in Spanish and English, verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently on a variety of BI-related projects.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Experience automating reports is desirable.
