**About the job**: Ads Martech (MTO) team is a cross-functional team building the technology and user experience solutions to support Marketing.
In this role, you are responsible for delivering business intelligence work that is integrated into an overarching project. You will demonstrate a working knowledge of business intelligence tools and methodologies to design dashboards and maintain data pipelines. You will develop solutions for business intelligence problems. You will improve business intelligence infrastructure and translate metrics and analysis into formats that enable supported teams to deliver information. You will also build and maintain tools to automate or standardize analysis, plan and execute prioritized project work. You will work within teams, identify stakeholders, build networks, and contribute to cross-team collaborations.
** Responsibilities**:
- Design business intelligence solutions and infrastructure to facilitate data gathering, storage, and retrieval. Partner with upstream data providers to establish new source data pipelines and follow/improve best practices.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, data models, reports, queries, and dashboards, including designing and implementing specific features/components. Provide ongoing support for data users through maintenance.
- Perform data analyses utilizing relevant tools and translate metrics/analysis into formats enabling supported teams to quickly and accurately measure performance and gain insights.
- Plan and execute prioritized project work, including selecting appropriate methods. Coordinate timelines and goals for assigned components of a project.
- Consult with users or cross-organization decision makers to identify data sources, required data elements, or data validation standards.
