**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Design develop maintain and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca across multiple projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in test strategy automation framework and process optimization
- Troubleshoot issues related to test automation execution and tool integrations
- Coordinate test activities with development DevOps and product teams
- Provide communications and reporting regarding testing goals and progress
- Maintain documentation and test evidence within Confluence SharePoint and Tricentis Support Portal
- Support service management and defect tracking processes via ServiceNow
- Tosca (Test Automation)
- Tosca DEX (Distributed Execution)
- Tosca Vision AI
- qTest (Test management)
- NeoLoad (Performance Test_
- LiveCompare (Testing Impact Analysis)
- Showcase expertise in RestAssured Tosca and HP ALM for comprehensive testing solutions.
- Have a solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with Scrum Masters.
- Display strong analytical skills to interpret test results and drive improvements.

6+ years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years focused on test automation using Tricentis Tosca

Experience with Tosca DEX Tosca Admin and Vision AI

Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices

Proven experience with test tool administration and user management (eg qTest ADO JIRA)

Familiarity with API testing using tools such as Postman and validation as part of endtoend QA efforts

Proficiency in documentation tools such as Confluence and SharePoint

Experience working with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Ability to exercise sound judgement on a broad range of scenarios related to testing

Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Comfortable working in a remotevirtual desktop (VDI) environment

Experience submitting and managing support cases through the Tricentis Support Portal

Exposure to AgileScrum methodologies

Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (eg Python JavaScript) is a plus

Certification in Tricentis Tosca (eg Automation Specialist) is a plus

Working primarily in IST or CST business hours with ability to overlap schedule for at least 3 hours with US Central Time most days (through 11am CT)

Collaborative and fastpaced QA team environment

May involve occasional afterhours support during major release cycles or tool upgrades
