HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic **HR Manager** based in Mexico City to lead and enhance our human resources function in the region. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone who brings energy, adaptability, and strong experience in fast-paced environments — particularly within the technology or consulting sectors, with exposure to Oracle consulting being highly desirable.

You’ll be part of a global team and will serve as a critical partner in aligning HR strategies with business goals. A strong grasp of U.S. business culture and HR practices is highly valued, as many of our clients and stakeholders operate in that market.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations in Mexico, including employee relations, performance management and compliance.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on local HR policies, employment law, and workforce planning.
- Partner closely with global HR teams and business units to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Support recruitment efforts, especially for technology roles, ensuring top talent and onboarding.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment aligned with the company’s values.
- Continuously optimize HR processes and programs for effectiveness and scalability.
