**About IDR**:
**About the Role**:
- Serve as a single point of contact with assigned clients.
- Coordinate with clients on the execution of their respective projects.
- Keep clients updated on the status of their projects and ensure that expectations are adequately managed with them.
- Work with the internal operations teams to answer any project-related questions and escalate any questions/situations to the client as and when necessary.
- Serve as an internal client for all the operations teams.
- Schedule and coordinate client & expert calls.
- Ensure the quality of the submissions from the operations team and perform quality checks on the experts before sharing with clients.
- Devise and implement strategies to grow critical accounts with the existing clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the overall competitive landscape for IDR in the industries that we operate in.
- Ensure that internal & internal data records are updated as per predefined standards.
- Comply with the principles and policies in the information security policies where relevant to the job.

**Experience**:

- Fresh or 1 year of experience in account management, client management or project management.

**Location**:

- San Juan, Puerto Rico

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
