Job Description
We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to join our team. You will focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Post Sales activities, ensuring the highest quality standards for our products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Develop and implement quality plans, inspection criteria, and test methods for new products.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Monitor post-sales product performance and customer feedback.
- Work closely with manufacturing and development teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to quality and reliability aspects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, evaluate technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.
- Ensure activities and products comply with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.
- Perform analysis and identify trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials, and bulk raw materials, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure that established manufacturing processes are followed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma).
- Excellent problem-solving skills..
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Product Development process ( Concept, Design/development, prototyping, testing, and commercialization/Utilization) Desirable.
- Agile Methodology knowledge (desirable)
- Familiarity with post-sales support and customer feedback analysis.
- Certification in quality engineering (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt).
- You will report t product manager
