**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Oversee and manage all phases of the construction process for a branded hotel project in Belize.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce safety regulations and compliance with local building codes.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to the construction team.
- Prepare and review project reports, timelines, and budgets.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction engineering, with a strong focus on branded hotel projects.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- **Willingness to relocate to Belize for the duration of the project.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working on international construction projects.
- Knowledge of Belizean building codes and regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary based on experience. (8,000 - 10,000 USD a month, depending on experience)

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position based in Belize for the duration of the project.
- Frequent site visits and hands-on project supervision.
- Collaboration with an international and multidisciplinary team.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract

Pay: $163,535.91 - $204,419.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ciudad de México, CDMX: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Civil Engineering (or similar): 3 years (required)
