Talent Management Supervisor

TE's Talent Management team is responsible for building the capability of the organization to be high performing and able to adapt, including change management, culture transformation and overall employee performance. They are responsible for TE's training and development strategy, ensuring skills and capabilities of employees meet the organization's current and future needs. They develop, implement and evaluate training activities to meet TE's competitive position requirements, and are responsible for mentoring and training programs to establish a diverse and inclusive culture.

- Funciones de Reclutamiento
- Control de requisiciones
- Contratación de personal
- Seguimiento de contratación
- Preonboarding, onboarding, postonboarding
- Análisis de Compensaciones datos del mercado
- Desarrollo del talento
- Promociones internas
- Funciones de Recursos humanos
- Identificar necesidades de capacitación en coordinación con la gerencia asegurando alineación con el mapa estratégico de la empresa
- Establecer y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los planes de capacitación
- Asegurar la integridad de los registros de capacitación
- Establecer y cumplir metas de capacitación
- Cumplimiento de los requerimientos de la STPS
- Participar en el diseño de material de capacitación
- Participar como instructor interno de diferentes temas
- Atender visitas y auditorías
- Coordinar y mejorar los diferentes planes de entrenamiento: onboarding, entrenamiento operativo, certificaciones, desarrollo de habilidades técnicas, habilidades de liderazgo, etc.
**EXPERIENCIA**:
- Carrera afín
- Inglés avanzado
- Manejo de Office avanzado
- Cumplimiento legal en materia de capacitación
- 3 años de experiência en Gestión de Talento y entorno de HR
- Experiência en la gestión de programas integrales de aprendizaje y desarrollo de principio a fin
