**Responsibilities**:
Your main responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:

- Support in projects on products and categories.
- Ensure engagement of our competent stakeholders.
- Facilitate processes and workshops.
- Use, update, and train stakeholders in Danfoss’ best practice tools and processes for cost down.

**Background & Skills**:
To be considered for this position, you have about 3-5 years of experience working with project management, change management or product and process optimizations.

- As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and result oriented.
