We are looking for an ambitious Investment Banking Associate Director to join the MACA Partners team and drive our business forward. As an Investment Banking Associate Director, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including pitching clients, conducting valuation analysis, creating financial models, and executing M&A transactions. You will need to be adaptable, resourceful, and able to take ownership of projects, managing them from the early stages through execution. **Responsibilities**: - Supervising a team of analysts and associates and guiding them to achieve set goals - Initiate, manage and maintain relationships with our clients and various stakeholders in the industry - Conduct market research to identify potential areas of growth for our clients, monitoring industry trends, competition and emerging markets - Create financial models and prepare valuations for potential M&A transactions, pitch-books and other presentations - Collaborate with senior bankers to identify new business opportunities and create pitches that reflect the needs of different markets - Liaise with different parties, including legal, accounting, and regulatory departments to ensure that all aspects of the transaction are executed smoothly and efficiently - Prepare and review deal documentation, including confidentiality agreements, term sheets, and other legal documents - Analyze financial statements, market trends and other relevant information to develop insights and provide recommendations to senior leadership - Remain updated on new regulations and market trends, advising clients on new opportunities and assessing potential risks. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients across different departments - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all dealings with clients, colleagues, and external parties **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree with a focus on Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, or related field. MBA/CFA will be an added advantage - 3-5 years of investment banking experience - Good understanding of financial markets and investment banking fundamentals. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and maintain complex financial models, as well as analyze financial results and trends - Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability is a must - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize objectives with tight timelines - Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite with exceptional modelling skills - High level of integrity in all aspects of their work - Relevant certifications related to investment banking such as CFA, CPA, etc. If you are an ambitious individual looking to take the next step in your investment banking career, please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
