eContent Digital is seeking an **Associate Digital Marketing Director** to drive client-centric digital strategies, lead high-impact campaigns, and deliver measurable results. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketing professional with a strong ability to build client relationships, optimize performance, and lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
**Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Digital Marketing Leadership**
- Serve as a **trusted advisor** to clients, providing data-driven insights, campaign recommendations, and performance optimizations.
- Stay ahead of **industry trends and emerging technologies** to keep clients at the forefront of digital innovation.
**Client Relations & Account Management**
- Act as the **primary point of contact** for key clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met and exceeded.
- Build and maintain **strong client relationships**, identifying opportunities to enhance partnerships and expand service offerings.
- Lead **client presentations and performance reviews**, providing strategic recommendations to drive growth and long-term success.
**Paid Digital Media & Performance Optimization**
- Oversee the **planning, execution, and continuous optimization** of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, leveraging **data insights to maximize ROI and efficiency**.
- Test and implement **new growth strategies and A/B testing** to improve conversions and audience engagement.
**Content & Digital Engagement**
- Direct the **creation and management of high-quality digital content**, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience needs.
- Lead **digital engagement initiatives**, including content marketing, social media strategy, and online reputation management.
- Collaborate with **creative and technical teams** to develop compelling content that enhances brand visibility.
**Leadership & Team Development**
- Provide **mentorship and strategic leadership** to the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

✔ **US Hispanic Market** **experience** to effectively engage these audiences. ✔ **Tech-savvy**: Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems. ✔ **Collaborative mindset**: Ability to work across departments and with external clients to align strategies for maximum impact.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month
