**What You Will Do**:

- Is a Role Model for Safety
- Owns planned and unplanned maintenance processes in BU.
- Vision of 0 stops philosophy, minimize unplanned stops using the Best-Practices in an efficient way + suggesting new BPMs
- Establishes a Maintenance plan with RST all mechanical maintenance related activities (Planning and Scheduling)
- Coaches BU in all behaviors and tools in terms of Maintenance
- Owns the maintenance management information system (incl. Technical Database, SAP etc.)
- Participate in the process of breakdown elimination (OPA / OPL work) and develops strategy for Breakdown elimination and cost reduction
- Owns the quality standards for maintenance and their efficiency and owns Maintenance KPIs (e.g. budget, Defect trend)
- Collaboration in al related projects in his BU (e.g machine upgrades, design of new machine components, coordination of mechanical installation)

**Who You Are**:

- 3-5 years of experience in the position
