**What will you do?**

Plan, direct, and monitor materials planning, inventory control, storage, shipping, and receiving activities to ensure the organization has access to the necessary inputs, materials, goods, and services for current and future operations.

**How will you do it?**
- Develop and implement effective materials management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of materials to align with production requirements and operational goals.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage relationships to support sourcing needs.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Lead and train materials management staff to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Implement best practices in materials handling and storage to ensure efficiency and safety in operations.

**What are we looking for?**
- A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in materials management or inventory control.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing processes and reducing waste.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with teams and external partners.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in materials management software and inventory tracking systems.
