We are looking for a **BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate various assistance services by contacting providers to dispatch service to customers, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in **BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE**:

- ** Work hours 15:00 - 23:00 hours and 23:00 - 7:00 hours**)
- High school diploma completed
- Conversacional english
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills
