**Experience & Leadership Background**
- Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment (required)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (Production, HR, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, etc.)
- Demonstrated track record of strategic execution and operational excellence
- Strong data-driven mindset and experience with KPIs, ERP systems (preferably EPICOR)

**2. Operational Excellence & Production Management**
- Deep understanding of daily plant operations and managing production schedules
- Proven ability to monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs): On-Time Delivery, productivity, output, etc.
- Skilled in equipment optimization, asset utilization, and downtime reduction
- Experience working in alignment with sales forecasts, logistics, and cost accounting

**3. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization**
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing, 6S, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to lead process improvements and introduce new product lines
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and supporting quality/engineering teams

**4. Safety, Compliance & Environmental Responsibility**
- Strong commitment to health and safety compliance within manufacturing
- Experience working with Joint Health & Safety Committees (JHSC)
- Ensures adherence to Mexican labor and environmental regulations
- Leads and supports sustainability initiatives and eco-efficient practices

**5. People Management & Culture Building**
- Experience managing large, diverse teams including managers, supervisors, and frontline workers
- Skilled in coaching, performance management, and succession planning
- Creates a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development
- Promotes a respectful, inclusive, and engaging work environment

**6. Budgeting, Cost Control & Profitability**
- Strong background in budget planning and management
- Experience leading cost reduction initiatives without sacrificing quality or safety
- Ability to analyze operational costs and drive financial performance
