Operational Excellence & Production Management**- Deep understanding of daily plant operations and managing production schedules- Proven ability to monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs): On-Time Delivery, productivity, output, etc.- Skilled in equipment optimization, asset utilization, and downtime reduction- Experience working in alignment with sales forecasts, logistics, and cost accounting**3. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization**- Expertise in Lean manufacturing, 6S, and other continuous improvement methodologies- Proven ability to lead process improvements and introduce new product lines- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and supporting quality/engineering teams**4. Safety, Compliance & Environmental Responsibility**- Strong commitment to health and safety compliance within manufacturing- Experience working with Joint Health & Safety Committees (JHSC)- Ensures adherence to Mexican labor and environmental regulations- Leads and supports sustainability initiatives and eco-efficient practices**5. People Management & Culture Building**- Experience managing large, diverse teams including managers, supervisors, and frontline workers- Skilled in coaching, performance management, and succession planning- Creates a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development- Promotes a respectful, inclusive, and engaging work environment**6.
