**Job Description**:

- Capital and GL accounting for the entities in scope of Shared Services Tijuana
- Monthly account reconciliations/fixed asset depreciations & capitalizations
- Intercompany coordination & invoicing for different Solar/Cat entities
- Supports month end and year-end financial closing process
- Support during internal and external audits
- Direct the activities of other capital accountants within the group
- Preparation and submission of internal reports
- Accruals
- Asset Tags
- Experience with accounting and reporting at least 3 years
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple relationships within different people in Shared Services
- General knowledge of the US GAAP and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
- Strong background in internal controls
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills to meet critical deadlines
- High initiative for process improvements to increase efficiency
- Ability to perform quality work as a team contributor
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and written
- English language 90%
- Advanced experience with excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting
- Accounting Certification is an asset
