**Descripción del puesto**:
En RealTruck estamos buscando un **Senior FP&A Analyst** con enfoque en contabilidad de costos para fortalecer nuestro equipo financiero. Este rol es clave para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, con impacto directo en la rentabilidad y eficiencia operativa.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Elaborar y analizar presupuestos, pronósticos y planes financieros.
- Profundizar en el análisis de costos y márgenes para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Colaborar con áreas como operaciones, ingeniería y supply chain para alinear estrategias financieras.
- Utilizar herramientas como **HFM, BI Query, Excel avanzado** para generar reportes y modelos financieros.
- Presentar insights financieros a líderes de negocio.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contaduría, Economía o afín.
- +5 años de experiência en FP&A, con enfoque en **contabilidad de costos**.
- Dominio de herramientas financieras (HFM, BI Query, ERP).
- Inglés avanzado (indispensable).
- Pensamiento estratégico, liderazgo e influencia.
