**Job Overview**:We’re seeking a self-motivated Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) to lead the FP&A function at Unbounce to help drive the business into the next stage of growth. Reporting to the VP, Finance & Strategic Operations, this individual will play a lead role in providing insights into financial and operational trends in support of the company’s strategic objectives, including playing a key role in the AOP process.**Responsibilities**:- Support the VP, Finance & Strategic Operations in scenario analysis, business and revenue modeling, and important ad hoc requests to support strategic initiatives throughout the year- Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of strategic initiatives- Partner with the business by evaluating and comparing performance to plan. Proactively highlighting risks, opportunities and recommendations- Produce accurate and timely reporting for internal leadership, external stakeholders, and the Board of Directors- Support the preparation of company presentations, such as the Business Health Meeting, All Hands Meeting, and quarterly Board Meetings- Monthly refresh of the revenue model, including exporting templates from Tableau (BI Tool) and compiling various reports for review- Assist the VP, Finance & Strategic Operations in the preparation and monitoring of the AOP and rolling forecast, including automation and continuous improvement of systems and processes- Improve processes around analytical tools and internal reporting to improve the quality and efficiency of FP&A activities- Mentor and develop the Financial Analyst and Jr Financial Analyst by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships- Ad hoc projects as requested by the CFO and VP, Finance & Strategic Operations**Qualifications**:- Has 5+ years of experience in an FP&A role or similar position- Holds a professional designation (such as CPA, CFA, CBV)- Works well autonomously and within a team and has a high level of accountability- Strong financial modeling skills, experience building models, ability to analyze data, tell a story with data, and confidently make a recommendation to senior leadership- Has prior experience with building financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis**Bonus Points**:- Strong knowledge of key SaaS metrics- Tech industry experience- Experience with Cube Planning FP&A software tool- Experience with creating dashboards and reporting in Tableau and BI Tools- Experience with creating visuals and presentations using G-suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $60,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaExperiência:- Tableau: 2 años (Deseable)- BI Tools: 2 años (Deseable)- G-suite: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Hybrid remote en 44160, Guadalajara, Jal.
