Description
Responsible for managing business operations, fostering partnerships, and ensuring compliance with regulations in Equatorial Guinea, driving successful market growth and engagement.
Build and nurture strong relationships with government bodies, business partners, and key stakeholders in Equatorial Guinea.
Ensure full regulatory compliance, staying aligned with local laws and regulations.
Lead the development and execution of business expansion strategies and operational activities within the region.
Oversee logistics, procurement, and workforce management for projects in Equatorial Guinea.
Stay informed on economic and political changes that could affect business operations.
Act as the company’s representative in business forums and negotiations.
**Requirements**:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
More than 5 years of experience in business operations, international relations, or governmental affairs.
Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.
In-depth knowledge of the business landscape in Equatorial Guinea.
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and diplomatic abilities.
Capable of working independently and managing operations across borders.
Willingness to travel frequently to Equatorial Guinea.
