Customer Service Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on the recruitment of official broadcasters and the management of our existing broadcasters, and have reasonable conclusions and suggestions for improving broadcaster performance
- Excavate cooperative resources such as local talent agencies and maintain cooperative relationships
- Responsible for content management and operations, agency communication and agency management
- Responsible for planning and implementing regional online and offline activities; User operations, improve user sensitivity, enhance audience retention
- Responsible for the organization and analysis of operational data in the region
**Skills**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
- Professional, good communication in English, can be used as working language
- With media, PR, event planning, TV station or Internet business experience, similar job experience is preferred
- With excellent teamwork spirit, good at communication, active commitment, active feedback, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability
- Highly energetic, creative and flexible and effective at reaching the desired end goal
Pay: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
