Buscamos un(a **Cloud Systems Engineer** que diseñe, implemente y administre arquitecturas cloud robustas, seguras y escalables en AWS, y que sea un facilitador clave de transformación digital para nuestra organización. Esta posición está orientada a profesionales con pensamiento estratégico, sólidos conocimientos técnicos y pasión por la innovación tecnológica en la nube.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar, planificar y administrar arquitecturas en la nube (principalmente AWS.
- Implementar soluciones de infraestructura como código (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
- Gestionar la seguridad, identidad y cumplimiento en entornos cloud (IAM, cifrado, cumplimiento ISO/GDPR.
- Automatizar despliegues mediante CI/CD y herramientas DevOps (Jenkins, CodePipeline.
- Monitorear y optimizar el rendimiento de aplicaciones e infraestructura (CloudWatch, Prometheus.
- Diseñar soluciones resilientes, escalables y de alta disponibilidad para soportar las operaciones del negocio.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para acelerar la entrega de servicios digitales.
- Liderar migraciones hacia entornos cloud, híbridos o multicloud.
- Administrar presupuestos, optimizar costos cloud y asegurar alta disponibilidad.

**Conocimientos requeridos**:

- Plataformas de nube (AWS, deseable certificación AWS Architect o SysOps.
- Redes virtuales, soluciones de almacenamiento y gestión de bases de datos.
- Terraform, Ansible y/o CloudFormation (Infraestructura como Código.
- Modelos IaaS, PaaS y SaaS.
- Contenedores y orquestación: Kubernetes, Docker, EKS.
- Seguridad cloud: gestión de IAM, cifrado, compliance.
- Automatización, integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD.
- Monitoreo, logging y optimización de rendimiento/costos.
- Auditorías, evidencias de control, continuidad operativa y gestión de riesgos.
- Sistemas operativos: Linux/Windows + scripting en Python o Bash.
- ** Inglés avanzado indispensable (oral y escrito.**

**Perfil deseado**:

- Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática, Electrónica o afín.
- Certificaciones deseables:

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- AWS SysOps Administrator
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Capacidad de trabajo colaborativo y comunicación efectiva.
- Pensamiento estratégico, enfoque a resultados y adaptación al cambio.
- Capacidad de traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones técnicas escalables.
