**Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco**
**Workplace type: Hybrid**
As an Cost Accounting Intern you will be responsible for supporting information analysis, process control, and information management related to internal cost and inventory processes.
**What you will do**:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements to ensure that accurate financial data on costs is available for Ingredion Mexico's business as needed.
- Preparing and providing financial information for internal/external audits and supporting external reporting requirements as they relate to cost accounting.
- Identifying, initiating, and developing IT system changes to improve the availability of financial information, minimizing disruptions during implementation, and creating efficiencies.
- Perform account analysis, product cost variance analysis, and other analysis necessary for the migration of reports from Excel to PBI, as requested by the manager.
**What you will bring**:
- Be in the final year of a bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Proven competence in the use of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
- Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.Intermediate level of English.
