We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **Technical Lead**

**Resposibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud CDN solutions.
- Oversee the integration and optimization of FFMPEG for media processing.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.

**Qualifications**
- Must have extensive experience with Cloud CDN solutions.
- Must be proficient in using FFMPEG for media processing tasks.
- Must have strong expertise in Java programming.
- Should have experience in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains.
- Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Should have a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.
- Should be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Should have a proven track record of leading successful technical projects.
- Should be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Should have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
