Founded with the mission of making the financial lives of people in Mexico easier, Kueski leverages technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Big Data to expand access to traditional financial products and services.

With over one million consumer users, Kueski is the largest online lender in Mexico and is now offered in over 5,000 brick-and-mortar stores. Kueski recently raised over $300 million in equity and debt financing and has plans for continuous growth.

**Overview of the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Corporate financial planning focused on predictable growth and profitability and driving corporate initiatives to deliver those plans.
- Work closely with direct reports to hire and develop the company's financial planning and accounting teams
- Direct the development, analysis and reporting of corporate finance information to provide insight and recommendation for corporate planning and strategy
- Deliver timely, accurate and compliant reporting, international accounting, revenue accounting, and related reporting
- Design, execute, and strengthen internal controls, business practices, and financial infrastructure
- Own quarterly review meetings of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors
- Bring financial insight, business acumen, and public company experience to strategic planning efforts of the company
- Help manage investor relations, presenting a compelling and accurate account of the company affairs that help investors make well informed decisions about investing in the company
- Advise the company on the financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and/or divestitures including company valuation, deal origination, due diligence, negotiations, deal closing, capital raising, and integrations

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Broad capital markets expertise across debt and equity
- Experience with the investor community
- Can eloquently communicate a vision to various stakeholders
- Experience overseeing treasury and cash management
- Sensitive to unique tax issues in Kueski's industry
- Experience with allocating capital and maximizing capital structure
- Ability to position the company for public markets
- Ensure compliance with unique regulatory requirements of a lending company
- Experience in managing full-cycle of M&A process
- Mastery of finance and accounting fundamentals; fluency in both IFRS and GAAP reporting
