**About Fòs Feminista**Fòs Feminista is an intersectional feminist organization centered around the sexual and reproductive rights and needs of women, girls, and gender-diverse people. Led and governed by the Global South, Fòs Feminista works as an alliance of organizations in 40+ countries worldwide to advance sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice. Fòs Feminista is both the connective tissue that links these diverse partners in an alliance and an active participant in the broader ecosystem of actors working on sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice (SRHRJ). Fòs Feminista orchestrates transnational and transregional action by connecting partners throughout the SRHRJ ecosystem, amplifying innovative partner-led solutions to SRHRJ issues, and catalyzing funding and political will for an intersectional feminist agenda on SRHRJ.We recognize that the ability of women, girls, and gender-diverse people to make free and informed choices about their sexual and reproductive lives, including to access safe and legal abortion, is central to their life plans and to achieving gender and reproductive justice. Together with partners in the Alliance, we provide access to sexual and reproductive health care and services, including contraception, abortion, and care for victims of gender-based violence, and we reach young people with comprehensive sexuality education. We are at the forefront of advocating for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) from an intersectional lens in national, regional, and global spaces, coordinating with our partners to ensure that diverse experiences, priorities, and voices of the Global South are represented in these spaces. And we strengthen intersectional feminist movements and organizations by creating and holding space for partners to participate in an international community built on feminist values of sharing power, diversity, mutual learning, and solidarity, and to access resources to strengthen their work.**Position Summary**:The Officer, CRM will have a demonstrated commitment to and alignment with Fòs Feminista’s principles and values of social justice, equity, and non-discrimination, which are essential to our work advancing sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice for women, girls, and gender-diverse people—particularly in the Global South_. _The Officer, CRM will work in collaboration with the Resource Mobilization; Business Intelligence, Evaluation & Research; and Finance & Accounting Units. This is a newly created position.**Supervisory Relationship**:The **Officer, CRM** will report to both the Chief Development Officer Co-lead and to the Business Intelligence, Evaluation & Research Director.**Key Responsibilities**:The **Officer, CRM** provides strategic leadership and direction for Fòs Feminista’s CRM platform. They will maintain and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures to manage the day-to-day operations and financial functions of the department. This role encompasses two primary areas of responsibility:**_Salesforce Administration_**- Develop and execute a plan to support and enhance Fòs Feminista’s CRM platform.- Manage new releases for NPSP and existing modules and efficiently roll out new features.- In collaboration with the Director, Digital and the Associate Director, Individual Giving, redefine the Salesforce campaign structure to better reflect Fòs Feminista’s tactics and goals.- Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other Salesforce objects and functions.- Maintain Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities with a high degree of understanding of ideal data architecture, data quality and integrity.- Propose and implement improvements to enhance Fòs Feminista’s record-keeping and data hygiene.- Collaborate with the department to define specific Salesforce enhancement needs and set project scope and timelines, and project tracking.- Proactively oversee ongoing release and feature management, user interface updates, object/field updates, custom code review, health check and optimization with support from external Salesforce.- Assist with migration from older systems/processes into Salesforce as needed.- In collaboration with the Business Intelligence, Evaluation, and Research Director and MIS manager, ensure that Salesforce administration complies with Fòs Feminista’s annual audit processes.- Maintain the Power BI-Salesforce connection and Salesforce’s daily backup.Salesforce Adoption, Training, and Support- Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups.- Document company processes and workflows related to the effective use of the CRM.- Assist Resource Mobilization Unit team members to create processes in Salesforce to help monitor activities and trends in giving.- Work with the department to define project scope and timelines, set team direction, and track project progress for fundraising-related comm
