**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As an AI Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to use AI to improve business outcomes, developing and implementing AI solutions, and ensuring that the organization is leveraging AI in an ethical and responsible manner.

As a Machine Learning, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine-learning models that power our audio-content product. We are looking for someone who provides a more personalized and seamless customer experience, improves operational efficiency, and gains a competitive edge in the market.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions so you can deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Develop personalized recommendations using machine learning algorithms that solve complex problems for our listeners, creators, and the whole business.
- Analyze user data and preferences and then develop personalized recommendations for audiobooks that customers may be interested in.
- Automate metadata tagging using Ai for tagging and categorizing audiobooks based on various parameters such as genre, author, narrator, and language.
- Develop and implement speech-to-text machine learning models that can accurately convert voice into text to improve our creators content experience.
- Optimize machine learning models for scalability, reliability, and performance. For example, optimize search functionality by leveraging natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques. You will optimize the audiobook search functionality and make it more efficient and accurate.
- Enhance customer service by leveraging an AI-powered chatbot so we can provide 24/7 customer service, helping customers with inquiries, support, and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain software pipelines to automate data processing, model training, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain algorithms and models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Ai machine learning models and propose improvements.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to identify relevant patterns in data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Ai machine-learning techniques, tools, and trends.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

**Experience, knowledge, and understanding**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, and data integration processes with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Data Warehouse and Data Lake proven experience using Google Cloud services and products.
- Deeply knowledge about Ai.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Go.
