We’re looking for a **Machine Learning Engineer** to join an industry-leading company that builds management software for health and wellness professionals. Their platform helps practitioners run their businesses with ease through features like AutoPay, online booking, Telehealth, and customizable documentation — all in one secure, smart, and simple tool.In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing AI-powered product features that help clinicians work more efficiently and deliver better care. You’ll design experiments, build and tune models, implement LLM evaluations, and take ideas from prototype to production in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams.**Salary**: Up to MXN 210,000/month**Industries**: Healthcare - Software Development**Requirements**:- 5+ years of experience in **Machine Learning**, from prototype to production- Strong proficiency in **Python** and advanced data analysis tools- Excellent communication skills in English** (required)**- Hands-on experience designing and deploying models with **AWS** or other cloud platforms- Solid understanding of **LLM-driven workflows**, **retrieval pipelines**, and **vector databases**- Strong data engineering skills and experience building data pipelines for AI workflows- Based in **CDMX, Mexico****Benefits**- 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental & Vision (for employee + dependents)- Free mental health support (therapy, coaching, digital tools)- Life & Disability insurance (2x base salary)- Home office setup allowance (MX$10,000)- Monthly stipends: MX$500 (internet/WFH) + MX$1,000 (meal reimbursement)- Hybrid work model with WeWork premium workspace and catered lunches- 12+ vacation days, national holidays, and wellbeing days- Summer Fridays, Reflect & Recharge breaks, and parental leave
