**About the Role**:
The Accounts Payable Departments in CBS Mexico - Finance is responsible for the following processes:
Accounts Payable (rush invoices, down payments and express payables processing)
Payments (3rd parties and Intercompanies)
**What you will do**:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Executive Payment runs
- Quantify cash restrictions
- Have an strong control to identify payment rejected
- Elaborate and deliver payment schedules
- Follow up open items at bank reconciliation
- Attend corporate and SOX audits
- Collaborate on cashforecast elaboration regarding payments Testing and implementation of continuous improvement projects
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- At least 2 years in experience in Accounts Payable, Record to report or treasury
- English level - Intermediate Advanced
- Excel and/or Google Sheets - Intermediate Advanced
- SAP
