**Position Summary**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Deliver Identity Access Management processes including Recertification, Joiner/Mover/Leavers, Segregation of Duties, Access Request, System Connectors.
- Work with cloud, SaaS connectors, REST and JSON API’s and Java based microservices.
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow
- Implementation of new SailPoint Connectors and perform other SailPoint enhancements as required
- Collaborate with peers on designs, code reviews, and testing using DevOps methodologies.
- Build, develop and deliver customer focused solutions.
- Provide coverage and support for the IAM service and act as a technical resource
- Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support IAM activities
- Produce and provide metrics and reporting as required

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Experience with SailPoint (version 7.0 or later) or another IGA/IAM platform
- Experience with installing, integrating, configuring, deploying and architecting IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management.
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, C/C++, Python, or JavaScript
- Proficient with java scripting, PowerShell scripting, Postman
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, ServiceNow ticketing, preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
- Decision making/problem solving skills

**Qualifications**:

- BS/BA or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of Five (5) years of experience in Identity Access Management Operations
- minimum of two (2) years’ experience deploying, developing, or configuring SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ
- Experience administering Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityNow required.
- Solid understanding and demonstrated experience with Identity and Access Management Methodologies
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, C/C++, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience working in agile and lean software development

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SailPoint IdentityNow certification: Engineer

**Physical Demands and Work Environment**:

- Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.
- Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
- Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane, approximately ___% of the time spent traveling.
- Job may be performed on-site at a customer facility or data center, or in an office environment sitting at a desk or computer table.
