Theyprovide technical expertise in evaluating, designing, developing, deploying, monitoring, testing andsupporting systems and procedures that are cost effective and improve work efficiency. Additionally,the software development engineer partners with enterprise and solution architects to ensure that thedevelopment engineer is embedded within an agile team and is able to quickly adapt to shiftingbusiness priorities.This F5 team has a number of capabilities that we support, including being a critical part of the ability ofF5 to license and deliver their products to customers, as well as large volumes of product data. Weprovide business logic, and data feeds to a number of other teams at F5, and the majority of the work iscentered around RESTful JSON based APIs running in a big 3 cloud platform, implemented asserverless functions.We work in a geographically dispersed model but keep team members within similar time zones inorder to facilitate communication and collaboration.Our current services are primarily based in TypeScript, but other languages and technologies areutilized for the testing and deployment and support. We work in a modern agile fashion, and ourservices are hosted completely in the cloud, and deployed via automated pipelines.The team owns these services from the design, implementation, testing, and deployment to fieldingcustomer issues and providing production support. As such there are many opportunities for teammembers to continue to mature in their careers and experience a wide variety of work responsibilities.**Job Description**:We are looking for software engineers who want to help us with large scale, cloud based, modern stackcapabilities across multiple business domains.Primary Responsibilities- Participate in daily scrum meetings and provide development estimates for user stories- Translate business requirements into functional and non-function system requirements- Analyze end user needs and design, develop and unit test software to satisfy demand- Partner with site reliability engineers to ensure successful deployment of solutions- Work closely with TS Operations team to monitor production systems- Partner closely with business system analyst team to troubleshoot and provide solutions forproduction issues- Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of theCode or other company policies.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can enhance and improve theseprocesses- Proficient communication, planning, problem solving, trouble shooting, and organization skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent analytic / troubleshooting and debugging skills- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, documentation, and problem-solving skills- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as an integral member of an agile team- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to self-motivate- Strong interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy, and ability to maintain composure underpressure- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines- Proven track record of delivering customer facing software in an automated Devops environment- Experience working with distributed teams- Demonstrated ability to deliver software via build automated build pipelines**Qualifications**:- BS/BA or equivalent work experience- 5+ years of development experience in developing and configuring sophi
