- THE ROLE:
Este rol está enfocado en desarrollar y acompañar actividades dentro del equipo de Learning & development, siendo punto de contacto para el coporativo así como proveer soporte a las plantas de Ford de México en temas de Talent Development.
El rol estará acompañado por el Talent Development lead para la realización de sus actividades.

YOUR IMPACT:

- Soporte y seguimiento para registro de entrenamientos en Learning Management System: plataforma de registro de entrenamientos, creación de cursos y clases dentro de la plataforma, soporte a COE de las plantas/corporativo, descarga de reportes, etc.
- Soporte en elaboración de reporte a STPS
- Generar y monitorear métricos de Talent Development
- Relación con universidades y puente de comunicación con el área de legal // revisión de cláusulas. Actualizar la base de datos de las universidades y comunicación interna con COE
- Actualización de documentación Talent Development en plataformas internas
- Soporte en elaboración de reservas de presupuesto de Talent Development)
- Soporte a Programa de Maestrías
- Reporte de métricos al Balance Score Card referentes a Talent Development
- Desarrollo de análisis de métricas obtenidas
- Soporte a programas de development dentro de la organización (Corporativo y Manufactura) à Mentoring, Maestrías, Diplomados, Programas de liderazgo, Entrenamientos soft skills, etc.
- Desarrollo de comunicación interna respecto a campañas y programas de Talent Development
- Punto de contacto con equipo de Comunicación interna
- WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Interés por desarrollarse en Recursos Humanos (Learning & Development, Talent Development)
- Perfil analítico/numérico
- Habilidades de comunicación y presentación
- Inglés Avanzado
- Office (Word, Power point, Adobe)
- Excel Avanzado
- Canva, Publisher, software de diseño à altamente deseable

Estudiante de últimos semestres de cualquier licenciatura o ingeniería que cubra los requerimientos mencionados anteriormente
