Sourcing Recruiter Ii, Amazon Talent Acquisition Mexico Operations

DESCRIPTION

As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics.
This role is onsite and will based in Mexico City, Mexico
Key job responsibilities
- Contribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in corporate and or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting.
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Availability to work 5 days a week at the office in Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil (Vila Olimpia).
- Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills, organizational and client management skills.
- Passion for and proven success creating and implementing successful diversity strategies.
- Ability to build and develop strong sourcing strategies through the use of various recruiting channels/platforms.
