Bilingual Customer Service Representative

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
*IDENTIFYING ACCOUNTS THAT REQUIRE UPPER MANAGEMENT REVIEW.
*MAINTAINING UPDATED INSURANCE INFORMATION ON CUSTOMER RECORDS. *ASSISTING CUSTOMERS WITH INSURANCE CLAIMS.
*WORKING WITH CLAIMS ADJUSTERS TO ENSURE PROMPT PAYMENT OF CLAIMS. *WORKING WITH BODY SHOPS TO ENSURE PROMPT REPAIR OF VEHICLES.
*PROVIDING CORRECT DATA FOR INSURANCE REPORTS.
*HANDLING 120 CLAIM ACCOUNTS ON AVERAGE.
*UPDATING THE BATCH TO ALL NEW WRECKED ACCOUNTS
**QUALIFICATIONS**
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years experience in customer service or related field
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
**SCHEDULE**
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**SALARY AND BENEFITS**
$17,300 MONTHLY SALARY
+$4000 MONTHLY BONUS
+2% SAVINGS FUND
+1,400 FOOD STAMPS
+20 DAYS CHRISTMAS BONUS)
Pay: $17,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft programs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service or related: 3 years (required)
**Language**:
- Advanced English (required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in 45050, Zapopan, Jal.
