Under direct supervision assists with the installation/pulling ofElectrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment in offshoreand onshore oil and water wells. Assists with testing downhole ESPequipment in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life. Theposition involves frequent travel on domestic or internationalassignments and time away from home, often at short notice. Handlesspecial projects as assigned. Conducts all business activities inaccordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirementsand Baker Hughes Core Values.

As a FIELD SPECIALIST I - ALS, you will be responsible for:

- Performing installation/pulling of complex Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and associated equipment in offshore and onshore oil and water wells
- Monitoring, trouble shoots and tests downhole ESP equipment including Downhole
- Monitoring Tools in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
- Assisting with the set up and start up of Centrilift Motor Controllers and VSD’s.
- The position involves frequent travel on domestic or international assignments and time away from home, often at short notice.
- Handling special projects, as assigned.
- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
- Have 1 year experience and industry experience and Product line training required.
