SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

To lead continuous development, deployment and sustenance of Industry 4.0 Smart Factory solutions, including:
Identify, initiate, lead, and implement Smart Factory initiatives in Maxeon Solar Cell fabrication and Panel assembly plant
Define applicable Smart factory solutions based on foundational system readiness, business value and drive positive impact to the Maxeon operations
Work with cross functional stakeholders to define & design requirements related to the adoption of Industry 4.0 solutions for Smart Manufacturing
Drive optimization and standardization of business processes leveraging internal and external Industry 4.0 partners to allow Industry 4.0 solutions to be scaled sustainably across production and functional areas
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams in all phases - requirements, development, testing, launch/release
Provide thought leadership and grow big data analytical skills and capabilities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Degree with at least 10 years of work experience in high-tech/semiconductor/high automation manufacturing
Superb interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups. Work multi-functionally with peers and senior and mid-level management
Peer leadership and relationship management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and ability to remain flexible to the changing business needs
Outstanding customer focus with ability to projectized and prioritize work
Project Management Qualification
Knowledge or experience in multi-platform solution integration
Experience in Connectivity integration, Cloud & IOT frameworks AZURE, Google, AWS, and Edge Computing
Ability to engage implementation team and vendors on architecture and design and deep-dive on complex solutions, platforms, and interface design
Demonstrate accountability; lead people with passion, enthusiasm, loyalty and integrity
Provide leadership to cross‐functional teams and direction for functional and business partners
Support and guide the initiative projects, and collaborate effectively across cross‐functional teams to skillfully execute on milestones and deliverables
Independent, self-learning, a team player and excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills in English and understand in
Mandarin will be advantage
