The Program Manager is the single point of contact for the program customer, defines the launching strategy and manages the project dimensions such as timing, human and economical resources, aiming to meet target KPIs, business and customers requirements while contributing into the integration of new knowledge within Nemak.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Forecasts for month-end spending
- Daily monitoring with the team in production program
- Monitoring of economic and operational improvement projects
- Development of operational initiatives to improve floor management
- Ensure compliance with operational KPIs:

- Safety
- Quality
- Productivity
- Cost
- Environment
- 100% compliance in external audits or with clients
- Compliance with budget and manufacturing cost
- Consolidate AXIS Level 4

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or similar)
- At least 5 years in similar positions.
- Advanced English
- Knowledge in handling of 3-axis cubing machines
- Administration of unionized and employee personnel.
- Knowledge of budget and improvement projects
