The Program Manager is the single point of contact for the program customer, defines the launching strategy and manages the project dimensions such as timing, human and economical resources, aiming to meet target KPIs, business and customers requirements while contributing into the integration of new knowledge within Nemak.**Responsibilities**- Lead new (existing or new equipment) and new portfolio programs and participate in quotation process- Plan & support the timing to meet New Programs Key Dates- Own timing for new program. Assure the proper resources to have a successful launching- Prepare and lead program review meetings based on information provided from core team- Conduct client meetings and take client-based decisions- Solve problems and proactively escalate accordingly- Participate in onboarding of colleagues**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Advanced English**Experience in**:- Project/Program Management- Assembly Technologies (Welding, Joining, Extrusion, Stamping)- or Molding Technologies (Rotacast, LPDC, HPDC, Machining, HT)- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
