We truly believe this is an excellent opportunity to improve your career path and help us keep growing as a top-notch logistics provider. **Requirements**: - Student in the final semesters of Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business or a related field. - Shift: Monday to Friday 8 am to 2 pm - Able to attend an on-site workday in Parque Industrial Querétaro. - Intermediate to Advanced English is desirable. - Strong time management skills, able to multitask and set priorities. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. - Fine attention to detail and quality of work. **Responsibilities**: - Support coordination with office supply vendors to ensure timely deliveries. - Handle phone calls and schedule appointments or interviews. - Perform basic administrative tasks: filing, document distribution, and correspondence management. - Monitor office supply inventory and prepare replenishment requests. - Maintain effective communication with vendors and internal staff to resolve issues.
