**Job Description Summary**: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in workforce planning, data management, and HR operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, build professional relationships, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.**Key Contributions as an HR Intern**- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with HR leaders and key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide support in identifying solutions to workforce challenges.- ** Workforce Analytics**: Assist in analyzing workforce data and trends to support planning and decision-making processes.- ** HR Systems Familiarity**: Gain exposure to HR systems (e.g., Workday) and contribute to data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.- ** Process Improvement**: Document and refine HR processes in collaboration with process and system experts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- ** Employee Engagement**: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.- ** Administrative Support**: Provide timely and accurate administration of HR processes, including onboarding, documentation, and compliance tasks.- ** Project Participation**: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.**Minimum Job Requirements**- ** Education**: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.- ** Availability**: Minimum availability of 30 hours per week.- ** Skills**:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus.- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is advantageous but not required**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
