-Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Administration & Operational Manager. The role require knowledge about the key HBMX procedures and commercial activities, especifically in Wholesale activities.

Responsabilities:

- Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims. Including project Implementation
- Manage high quality, timely and accurate information, analysis and Reporting to support our Governance forums and committees
- Evaluate and analyse management information relating to external service providers of their provision, monitor their performance and ensure service level agreements are honoured
- Participate and support in business and operational planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning
- Contribute to senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums and stakeholder feedback
- Investigating and seeking remedies for discrete issues which may be adversely affecting business unit performance
- Engage with DBS/ Operational Teams & Support Functions in order to improve the support provided, reduce costs and improve response time
Requirements

Functional Knowledge:

- Organised and works well with deadlines
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong desire and capability to learn and adapt, and demonstrated business knowledge,
- Excellent customer-centric mindset, with the capacity to anticipate customer needs,
- Stakeholder management, effective teamwork and collaboration in a complex organisation,
- Ability to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively
