**Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst**

**About UnDosTres**

The BI team faces daily challenges from getting data, to automating processes, and doing analysis for other areas within the company. Our goal is to improve the business through innovation and propositive projects but feasible to the Mexican market

We are looking for a talented **Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst **to join our BI team. The focus of this position will be to deeply analyze and solve complex business problems for UnDosTres.

Daily work includes the automation of processes and reports, deep data analysis, identification of behavior in users, transactions, etc., provide solid data to heads for decision-making, continual improvement processes, presentation of results directly to founders, generate relationship between different areas to share findings and ask/give feedback.

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Easily understand data and use it to solve business problems.
- Identify efficiency improvement areas trough deep data analysis
- Elaborate, automate and optimize reports.
- Generate insights that add value to the business.
- Collaborate closely with other areas to assist the company in making data-driven decisions.
- Create and follow processes to deliver quick and accurate results.
- Communicate all the findings to leaders, heads and founders.

**Special Knowledge Needed For The Position**
- Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Physics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence roles is mandatory
- 2+ years of programming experience related to data analysis.
- Fluency in Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, SciPy, & Scikit-learn
- Proficiency in probability and statistics
- High proficiency with SQL and relational databases
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Git.
- Knowledge of APIs is a plus.
- Experience with payment processors APIs or processes is a plus.
- Ability for self-learning and entering new domains.
- Analytic and creative profile mandatory.
- Passion for solving problems, as well as reevaluating or reformulating them.
- Fluent English, minimum conversational skills is mandatory
- Ability to work independently on a variety of BI-related projects.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
