**Expert Operational Tax Compliance**

Buscamos Expert Operational Tax responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento tributario operativo de las subsidiarias, actuando como enlace principal entre los asesores fiscales externos, el Centro de Servicios Compartidos (FSSC) y los equipos locales de Finanzas.
El rol tiene como objetivo mitigar riesgos fiscales, estandarizar procesos y garantizar la calidad de la información utilizada para las declaraciones tributarias, contribuyendo al cumplimiento oportuno y correcto de las obligaciones fiscales de la compañía.
Lo que haras:
Asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno de las obligaciones fiscales mensuales y anuales, incluyendo cálculos, validaciones y conciliaciones tributarias.- Preparar y revisar papeles de trabajo, declaraciones, dictámenes fiscales y documentación soporte conforme a la normativa vigente.- Actuar como punto técnico principal entre asesores fiscales externos, FSSC y equipos internos, garantizando la calidad de la información fiscal.- Analizar procesos fiscales (refacturaciones, intercompañías, retenciones y facturación), identificando riesgos y proponiendo mejoras de compliance.- Gestionar el uso de ERPs y sistemas contables, participando en workflows fiscales para LATAM y brindando soporte tributario al negocio.
Que esperamos de tí:
Profesional con licenciatura en Contabilidad o carrera afín, con experiência en impuestos y manejo comprobable de declaraciones fiscales.
Se espera conocimiento sólido en tax compliance, cálculos y conciliaciones fiscales, IVA y normativa vigente, así como uso indispensable de la plataforma del SAT y capacidad para interpretar legislación fiscal.
