**Global Digital Demand Marketing Specialist**

Location: Mexico City or Monterrey

Modality: Hybrid

You will report to: Manager of Global Digital Demand Center

**Role Description**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with team members and external agencies in the strategy and implementation of our global SEO program.
- Bring the strategy and implementation of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display Advertising in collaboration with our teams and external partners.
- Design and implement website demand generation chatbots, coordinating efforts between external vendors and our teams.
- Create event promotion, data capture app, registration forms and pages.
- Create UTM codes.
- Create and replicate campaigns in our channel partner tool to allow partners to amplify.
- Work with partners to have campaign assets reviewed.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- ** Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience with a 4-year degree.**:

- At least 2 years of digital marketing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in SEO.
- ** Experience in marketing B2B**:

- **Advanced level of English**:

- ** Experience in digital marketing**:

- Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display Advertising.
- Experience with demand-generation chatbots (preferably Drift).

**Desirable**:

- Experience activating global campaigns.
- Experience working in Industrial Automation.
- Experience working with remote teams in a matrixed, global organization.
- Experience working with multicultural companies
- Web analytics proficiency (Adobe Analytics).
- Awareness of UX, HTML & CSS.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (preferably Eloqua).
