SR Specialist testing
Country: Mexico
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Create and/or assist in creating QA work products: test plans, test cases, requirements traceability matrices and other core QA documents
- Hands on knowledge creating test data needed for testing
- Performs SQL queries and services tests as needed for backend verification
- Front end verification
- Working knowledge of reporting well documented defects
- Report test results to the stakeholders
- Partners with development and business teams to ensure test coverage is complete and accurate
- Production support and incident fix testing
Understands and support automation testing concepts specifically Behavior Driven Development
- Working hands on experience in SQL (queries, inserts, joins)
- Working hands on experience API and Services testing or development
- Must have knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle.
- Communicates at both functional and technical levels with their management.
- High competency in cross training in new technologies.
- Banking domain experience and familiarity with Accounting/Cash Management terminology a plus.
- Specific experience with ACI Universal Online Banker preferred.
- Experience supporting ACI Enterprise Banker (Old system) preferred.
- Experience supporting Commercial Banking Channels preferred.
- Familiarity with BAI2 and NACHA file formats.
- Familiarity with Fedwire, ACH, or SWIFT formats.
Ability to communicate at both functional and technical levels with team.
- Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with continuous change and short deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English required).
- Ability to operating independently and take ownership of projects/test requests, without close supervision, but also work as part of a team.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a consistently changing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, and/or 2-5 years of technology related field experience required.
- Proficiency and working experience in creating test strategies, test plans and test cases.
- 2-5 years of QA testing experience required.
